About the role

Charterhouse Partnership is expanding its Regional Technology & Operations recruitment team and is looking for two ambitious individuals to start a career in recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required – the focus is on attitude, drive and a passion for working with people.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Develop a specialist market and professional network within technology and operations sectors.
• Identify, approach and qualify new business opportunities.
• Conduct candidate interviews and understand career motivations.
• Manage negotiations, close placements and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
• Contribute to a sustainable recruitment business rather than simply filling vacancies.
