Associate, Strategic Insights and Analytics

About the role

Join Grab’s Fulfilment and Demand team in Singapore as an Associate, Strategic Insights and Analytics. You will work onsite at the Grab One North Office, helping shape demand, supply and pricing strategies for the mobility business.

Key responsibilities

• Use strategic and analytics toolkits to deliver data‑driven business insights and recommendations.
• Analyse marketplace issues such as demand, supply and pricing to support revenue and profit growth.
• Lead special projects end‑to‑end, handling problem structuring, analysis, project management and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with product, regional strategy, partner operations and marketing teams to execute high‑impact initiatives.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment with operations, driver‑partner relations and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 0+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and ability to pivot between long‑term strategy and tactical execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Storytelling and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Basic SQL knowledge (Python is a plus).
