Associate, Talent Acquisition

About the role

West Pharmaceutical Services is looking for an Associate, Talent Acquisition to join its HR team in Singapore. You will partner with the HR Manager and hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all non-exempt level positions in the Singapore manufacturing operations, and act as a subject matter expert providing advice, support and analytical data on talent acquisition to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar operators and technicians through a consultative approach
• Gather market information on compensation and benefits to strengthen competitiveness
• Plan and forecast hiring needs in line with business strategy
• Source, pre-screen, select, interview and coordinate on-site interviews; extend offers and arrange pre-employment checks
• Ensure timely job postings and applicant responses
• Take part in external recruitment events and promote the company brand with institutions and government agencies to attract local talent
• Track and report recruitment data to support HR metrics
• Lead or take part in special HR-related projects and other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
• Prior recruiting experience in recruitment agencies, pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare is highly advantageous but not mandatory
• Familiarity with local legislation and tripartite guidelines on talent acquisition
• Able to comply with company safety policy and to support Lean Six Sigma programmes

• Stakeholder management and strong follow-up to close positions
• Ability to adapt to many stakeholders and think outside the usual channels
