Associate/Counsel – Capital Markets & M&A

About the role

We are seeking a Singapore‑qualified Associate or Counsel to join our Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of corporate and capital‑markets transactions, advising both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead on public and private M&A deals, private‑equity investments, IPOs, placements and rights issues.
• Provide legal advice on general commercial contracts and a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, ongoing listing requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Support corporate disclosure, capital restructuring and employee share‑scheme matters.

Required profile

• Singapore‑qualified lawyer with 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in transactional and corporate matters, preferably within capital markets or M&A.
• Strong knowledge of SGX listing regulations.
• Excellent legal research, drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
