Audit Financial Services – Experienced Associate to Senior Associate

About the role

The role involves joining KPMG’s audit team in Singapore to provide audit services for financial services clients, supporting both associate and senior associate responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with audit teams to gain a deep understanding of client businesses.
• Execute audit procedures based on audit planning and prepare comprehensive audit work papers.
• Assess audit objectives, ensure sufficient audit evidence, and present clear conclusions.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accountancy and professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent).
• 1‑3 years of experience handling a portfolio of listed clients.
• Strong understanding of business and risk‑management issues and familiarity with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience with IPO engagements is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical abilities and business acumen.
