Automotive Service Advisor – Customer Service & Vehicle Care

About the role

Join Volkswagen Group Singapore as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. You will combine your passion for cars with strong customer‑service skills to ensure a smooth, transparent service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Schedule service appointments, create and manage work orders, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain charges clearly at vehicle collection.
• Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs.
• Conduct final checks on serviced vehicles before handover and review invoices for accuracy.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• High level of independence, initiative and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays (overtime).

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
