AVP Solution Consultant – Strategic Advisory & Pre‑Sales

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role involves leading RFP/tender projects, engaging with senior leadership, and collaborating with global teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution consulting from pre‑sales through delivery execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Identify new commercial opportunities, expand key accounts, and shape transformational roadmaps.
• Assess client needs, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Design and articulate scalable enterprise tools and architectures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of relevant experience in solution consulting or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading deals larger than $5–10 million.
• Strong background in strategic advisory, sales, pre‑sales, and client‑facing activities.
• Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, global teams.
