B2B Sales Consultant – Dealer Relationship & Sales

About the role

SPIN, a leader in ceiling‑fan innovation and energy‑efficient climate solutions, is seeking B2B Sales Consultants to join its Outdoor Sales Team in Singapore. You will act as the primary link between SPIN and its dealer network, driving sales, supporting installations and ensuring excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers and distributors.
• Conduct sales activities – product presentations, negotiations, order processing and invoicing.
• Provide sales training and product knowledge sessions for dealer teams.
• Coordinate product installations with installers and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle servicing requests, liaise with the service department and manage urgent deliveries.
• Perform market research, prepare sales reports and contribute to dealer‑focused sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within consumer‑goods or HVAC sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with dealers and business partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, from order processing to installation coordination.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on timely issue resolution.
