Baking & Cooking Instructor – STEM Programs

About the role

Kids DiscoveryWorks is seeking enthusiastic Baking and Cooking Instructors to deliver its unique STEM‑based food science curriculum to preschool and primary‑school children. You will inspire curiosity about food science while guiding students through hands‑on experiments and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that integrate STEM concepts with cooking and baking activities.
• Facilitate and coach students through experiments, ensuring safe and effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to maintain a vibrant, orderly classroom environment.
• Monitor each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback to curriculum developers and parents.
• Maintain hygiene standards and overall cleanliness of the centre and classroom.

Required profile

• Passion for engaging children in learning and a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Strong organizational, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable with public speaking.
• Prior experience working with young children is a strong advantage.
