Barista – No Experience Required, Training Provided

About the role

Join The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore as a Barista where you will be the face of our café, serving high‑quality coffee and beverages to our guests. No prior experience is needed – we provide full training to help you succeed in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve coffee, tea and food items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including routine cleaning and hygiene checks.
• Replenish stock, monitor product expiry dates, and ensure displays are well‑presented.
• Respond to customer queries and feedback, delivering a positive experience.
• Uphold the company’s philosophy, culture and SOPs to guarantee consistent product quality.
• Assist the Manager on Duty with any additional duties as required.
