Beauty Advisor – Skincare & Haircare (Avene, René Furterer, Klorane, A-Derma)

About the role

Pierre Fabre, a global dermo-cosmetics laboratory and market leader in pharmacy retail, is looking for a Beauty Advisor in Singapore. As the brand ambassador for the skincare and haircare categories (Eau Thermale Avene, René Furterer, Klorane, A-Derma), you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalised service to consumers at point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand products and give relevant guidance to create a unique brand experience.
• Boost sales by building consumer loyalty, introducing customers to product routines and recruiting new consumers.
• Ensure products are presented correctly on shelf displays according to marketing and merchandising guidelines.
• Keep close track of stock to avoid shortages.
• Share key information with Pierre Fabre teams on campaigns, promotions and consumer feedback gathered at the point of sale.

Required profile

• Soft skills: persuasion and good communication, results orientation, relationship building, empathy and open-mindedness, organisation and discipline, team spirit.
• Technical skills: commercial and pedagogical mindset, identification of customer profiles, sales techniques adapted to each customer, digital approach and use of tools, basic notions of merchandising.
