About the role
The Bellman provides front‑line guest service at The Singapore EDITION, greeting visitors, handling luggage, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the hotel's commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and offering assistance.
- Explain room features, amenities, and hotel services.
- Transport and store guest luggage, and assist with vehicle loading/unloading.
- Provide directions, arrange transportation, and communicate parking procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance, follow company policies, and report safety concerns.
- Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Capability to stand, walk, or jog for extended periods and navigate stairs or ramps.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
