Bid & Proposal Coordinator (Marketing Focus)

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries, is looking for a Bid and Proposal Coordinator in Singapore. The role supports the preparation of client proposals, tender submissions and presentation materials, and suits a junior professional with a background in marketing, communications or business support who has strong PowerPoint skills and a keen eye for design.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, compilation, formatting and submission of tender and proposal documents, and track bid timelines so deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and consolidate proposal content, maintain templates, content libraries and bid documentation, and ensure compliance with branding and quality standards.
• Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals and business development, and develop graphics, charts and infographics.
• Support marketing collateral, company profiles and capability statements, and help with employer branding and corporate marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals, manage document version control and filing, and support ad-hoc business development and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Media, Design or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, proposal support or business development support; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint; strong Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Preferred: experience creating client-facing presentations, familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Canva, and knowledge of branding and marketing communications principles.
