Bilingual Marketing Executive – Singapore

About the role

As a Bilingual Marketing Executive you will shape Crimson Education’s brand narrative across multiple digital channels in Singapore. You will create compelling, long‑form and campaign‑driven content that drives awareness, engagement and conversion for our Chinese‑language market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Crimson’s Singapore Chinese marketing strategy to increase lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns effective and competitive.
• Design and produce cross‑platform digital marketing collateral, including social media ads, organic posts, digital flyers, booklets and campaigns on WeChat, Red, Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Execute marketing automation tasks such as building and scheduling social media posts and other campaign assets.
• Manage end‑to‑end webinar campaigns: create materials, host weekly hour‑long webinars, coordinate speakers and backend support, and deliver performance reports.
• Organise logistics for webinars and events, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and post‑event close‑out tasks are completed promptly.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to craft and localise content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build brand narratives.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
