About the role
Join a luxury fashion boutique in Singapore for a 12‑month mission supporting daily operations, people coordination, and workplace readiness. You will ensure smooth administration so the team can deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day boutique administration by following SOPs and managing correspondence between boutique and office.
- Coordinate onboarding, staff transfers, and people moves with relevant stakeholders.
- Record boutique expenditure, overtime, compensation‑off, and attendance/leave reporting.
- Prepare monthly rosters, coordinate training and monthly activities with the Retail Office.
- Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and mall management for boutique maintenance and operational needs.
- Manage replenishment and inventory of POS, printing materials, marketing, and clienteling resources.
- Provide clear reporting and ad‑hoc support to Boutique Management for decision‑making.
Required profile
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, patient, detail‑minded attitude with curiosity and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborative team spirit, and professional judgment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
