Brand and Content Growth Manager

About the role

TRULY ENAMOURED, a leading luxury bridal boutique in Singapore, is seeking a Brand and Content Growth Manager to lead its creative engine. You will turn deep customer insights into compelling stories, design high‑performing creative for both paid and organic channels, and strengthen the brand’s luxury positioning across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall creative strategy, translating consumer insights into differentiated campaigns.
• Conceptualise and direct campaign ideas, including seasonal launches, designer collaborations and brand‑awareness initiatives.
• Design and manage the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, the website and email marketing.
• Create the creative brief, hooks, headlines, scripts, storyboards and mood boards for every piece of content.
• Lead content production, coordinating founder, stylist, client testimonial and behind‑the‑scenes videos with videographers, photographers and external agencies.
• Supply a continuous stream of premium creative assets to the performance‑marketing agency for paid media.

Required profile

• Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of consumer psychology.
• Strong interest in luxury bridal fashion and the ability to translate trends into aspirational narratives.
• Experience creating scroll‑stopping campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
