Brand and Social Media Executive – 12‑month contract

About the role

We are seeking a Brand and Social Media Executive to manage and grow Singtel’s creator programme “Singtel Friends” and its social channels. The role is a 12‑month contract, based onsite in Singapore, supporting community management, social listening and short‑form content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Singtel Friends and Singtel‑owned social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels).
• Drive growth and engagement of the creator community through initiatives, activations and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate creator participation in events, launches, media previews and PR engagements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies and partners to identify creator collaboration opportunities.
• Foster authentic relationships with creators, advocates and community members.
• Handle outreach, communications, logistics and post‑event engagement tracking.
• Utilise social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive in identifying trends and issues.
• Socially savvy with a passion for building meaningful online engagement.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
