Brand Communications & Social Media Manager

About the role

SK-II is seeking a Brand Communications & Social Media Manager to lead its social‑first communications across Southeast Asia. You will partner with global teams to design and execute campaigns that spark conversation, shape culture, and drive business impact for this iconic prestige beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead social‑first brand communications, turning social listening and creator trends into actionable campaigns.
• Drive amplification across Southeast Asia by collaborating with local markets, creators, and agency partners to deliver culturally relevant activations.
• Build and nurture a creator and cultural ecosystem, maintaining long‑term relationships with influencers, celebrities, and media partners.
• Own global communications operations, managing campaign planning, toolkits, governance, budgets, timelines, and reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in brand communications, social media, influencer marketing, PR or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable brand, social and business impact.
• Experience in beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong curiosity and ability to translate insights into talkable opportunities.
