About the role
This is a full‑ownership brand and growth role responsible for end‑to‑end leadership of two service categories. You will set category strategy, manage the budget, and drive both short‑term acquisition and long‑term brand equity, working closely with business and internal marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set the end‑to‑end growth strategy for two service categories, from consumer insight to channel mix and campaign execution.
- Identify market opportunities and develop short, medium and long‑term plans to increase trial volume and market share.
- Own the category budget, allocate spend across brand and performance channels and be accountable for results.
- Drive user acquisition through paid digital channels while balancing brand and performance levers.
- Track CAC, ROAS and LTV, using data to justify budget shifts and optimise growth actions.
- Define and maintain the brand narrative across paid, owned and earned media.
- Partner with content and influencer teams to create campaigns that resonate with Singapore consumers.
- Collaborate with GTM performance, business development and operations teams to align marketing with commercial priorities.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in brand management, growth marketing or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Singapore consumer behaviour.
- Ability to combine brand strategy with performance data to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking CAC, ROAS and LTV.
