Brand Marketing Intern

About the role

Join Marriott International’s Portfolio, Premium and Select Brand Marketing team in Singapore for a 6‑month internship. You will gain hands‑on experience developing and executing brand campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting strategic partnerships across the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in Japan and India.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Marriott Bonvoy, Premium and Select brands, collaborating with brand management, PR, media, and creative agencies.
• Support the creation and deployment of marketing assets in key source markets.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with brands and KOLs to boost campaign visibility.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating insights for future initiatives.
• Coordinate tactical brand executions for new hotel openings and cultural activations such as World Sleep Day, Yoga Day, and Beer Day.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student interested in marketing and hospitality.
• Available for a full‑time, 6‑month internship based in Singapore.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
