Business Analyst Intern, Travel Retail

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of LVMH, is looking for a Business Analyst Intern in Travel Retail in Singapore. The intern supports retail and commercial teams by analysing performance, following operational cadence and gaining hands-on retail exposure, turning data into actions that improve execution across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries (sell-out, productivity, door performance) with commentary and action points, and present insights in commercial and retail meetings
• Track key retail KPIs such as staffing productivity, stock availability and promo execution, and follow up on initiatives
• Support expense tracking against budget and last year, and help draft simple ROI inputs for door investments and renovations
• Research market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity in travel retail beauty, and analyse sales, margin and expense efficiency across countries and doors
• Help define and track commercial KPIs and contribute to weekly meeting materials
• Turn analysis into clear presentations for stakeholders with recommendations

Required profile

• Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship from January 2027 to June 2027
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and ability to manage several workstreams
• Comfort working with commercial stakeholders and strong communication skills

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• PowerPoint and Power BI
• Python or R is a bonus
