Business Analyst – Singapore (Hybrid) – 80,000 SGD

About the role

Join a globally operating, technology‑led organisation as a Business Analyst in Singapore. Working on a hybrid basis, you will bridge business teams and technical specialists to deliver solutions that improve systems, processes and data visibility across an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and technical teams.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and performance gains.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and discussions to capture requirements and align stakeholders.
• Create documentation such as process maps, use cases and Business Requirement Documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout project delivery.
• Conduct data analysis to support operational insights and decision‑making.
• Support system testing, validation and implementation of new solutions or enhancements.
• Track project progress and ensure outcomes align with defined business objectives.
• Contribute to initiatives impacting core operational processes, including order management and procurement workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements.
• Familiarity with business process modelling and analysis methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
