Business Development and Operation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development and Operation Consultant to drive growth and optimise our product offering across the CIS market. The role combines partnership development, channel management and market intelligence to expand brand visibility and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential partners and customers, gather feedback and propose product optimisation recommendations.
• Manage and grow existing promotional channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and regional CIS forums to increase product exposure and registrations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and user habits in the CIS region and deliver strategic insights to the team.
• Travel to industry exhibitions, partner meetings and other offline events in CIS countries to enhance brand awareness and build cooperation networks.

Required profile

• Candidates residing in the CIS region are preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for offline activities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to partnership building.

Required skills

• Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) for marketing purposes.
