Business Development and Strategy Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is offering a Business Development and Strategy Internship in Singapore from January to June 2027. The internship places students alongside Sales Leadership and Executive Management, giving first-hand exposure to how commercial strategies are formulated, turned into executive presentations and executed with sales, delivery and corporate teams. It suits students interested in business strategy, consulting, programme management, corporate communications and executive operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support commercial growth initiatives with the Country Lead and Sales Leadership, and turn strategic concepts into executive-ready presentations, proposals and collateral.
• Track action items and follow up with sales teams on strategic initiatives, pursuits and opportunities.
• Support executive meetings, customer engagements and C-suite visits, coordinating materials, logistics, stakeholder inputs and admin requirements.
• Liaise with internal business units to prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Act as a coordination point between Sales, Delivery, Operations, Legal and other functions, and monitor milestones such as pursuit progress and contract signing status.
• Coordinate customer meetings and schedule and communicate between internal stakeholders and clients.
• Improve presentation templates, reporting formats and communication materials, and suggest process improvements.
• Support additional strategic initiatives and special projects as priorities change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
