About the role
The Business Development Director will lead the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and shaping long‑term expansion strategies. Reporting to senior executives, this role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership of business development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop expansion plans, including joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions to increase market presence.
- Manage business portfolios by forecasting sales, assessing risks, and optimizing revenue streams.
- Lead negotiations for partnerships and collaborations to secure beneficial agreements.
- Oversee business development teams, set performance targets, and ensure achievement of goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
- Ability to collaborate with C‑level executives and influence decision‑making.
- Excellent analytical skills for forecasting, risk assessment, and revenue optimization.
