Business Development Executive

About the role

Net2Source is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and closing activities. This remote position requires the candidate to be based in Singapore and work closely with the President to execute strategic sales plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the President to develop and implement tactical sales plans that achieve long‑term profitable growth.
• Research and prospect new clients, initiate contact via phone, email, or letters, and build relationships through virtual and in‑person meetings.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with field management to set pricing aligned with financial objectives.
• Conduct follow‑up communications, schedule appointments, and deliver formal sales presentations to prospective accounts.
• Create tailored sales presentation materials with internal resources.
• Maintain activity logs in the company’s CRM system.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Work with service teams to ensure sold accounts match service capabilities and candidate pools, and transition accounts smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3–5 years of staffing industry experience, including at least 2 years in business development or sales of staffing services.
• Proven ability to work in a quota‑driven, commission‑based environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and sales data.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to meet sales targets with a high sense of urgency.
