About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives. This role is pivotal in increasing revenue, forging partnerships, and enhancing the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, partners and stakeholders, presenting tailored solutions and negotiating contracts.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations and strategic plans to support sales and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance, track sales pipelines and produce regular reports on revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences and client meetings to expand professional networks.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, sales strategies and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop growth strategies and manage multiple projects.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with solid organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
