Business Development Manager (Data Center)

About the role

Huawei is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Data Center market in Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive growth for our digital power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Data Center sector.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations on the latest technologies and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Track and analyze project pipelines to support strategic planning.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Assess customer needs and define product requirements through market research.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the IT or Data Center industry.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
