Business Development Manager

About the role

Salmon Thrust, a Singapore‑based leader in professional training for the banking and finance sectors, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive both customer retention and new client acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential new customers through networking, referrals and other channels.
• Develop and execute acquisition plans to convert leads into paying clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Implement strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty and overall satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, learning & development, programme management) to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
