About the role
Teradyne is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Revenue Operations team in Singapore. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to drive growth, improve processes and deliver exceptional value to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Advocate for customers and coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
- Support sales initiatives, including design‑in activities and account‑specific strategies.
- Oversee revenue recognition, sales forecasts and capacity planning.
- Negotiate contracts, identify new business opportunities and streamline sales administration.
- Enhance the quote‑to‑cash process and provide ongoing support for sales operations.
- Troubleshoot billing, accounting and other business issues to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in business development, operations or customer‑facing roles.
- Detail‑oriented strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- BS/BA required; MBA is a plus.
- Must be based in Singapore; relocation is not offered.
