About the role

The Business Development Manager will join the Marketing & Business Development team in Singapore, supporting the disputes and transport practices while contributing to the broader Singapore office development.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver business development and marketing activities across all channels.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets and campaign plans for Singapore.
  • Produce bespoke bids, panel pitches and client development presentations.
  • Manage client development plans and coordinate with global MBD teams and the Newcastle marketing services.
  • Oversee directory submissions and manage practice and sector MBD budgets, reporting ROI.

Required profile

  • Strong background in business development and marketing, preferably within legal or professional services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in bid writing and client development.
  • Leadership ability to build reputation and deliver excellent service.
