Business Development Manager – KOL Partnerships

About the role

Hytech is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead channel partnership initiatives focused on key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other influential partners. The role will drive acquisition of investment clients for the firm’s fintech and financial services solutions across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build partnerships with channels targeting prospective securities investors, including KOLs, online personalities, offline partners, and individuals with client acquisition capabilities.
• Facilitate and maintain long‑term relationships with channel partners, overseeing promotion implementation, customer acquisition, and performance analytics.
• Continuously stimulate channel output and investment user growth through data‑driven insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and marketing movements to inform partnership strategies and broader business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong familiarity with the internet, finance, and securities industries.
• Experience in fintech and/or overseas expansion is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build, negotiate, and nurture successful partnerships with KOLs and diverse business partners.
• Innovative, quick‑thinking, and adaptable to market changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
