Business Development Manager – Regional Growth & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore and regional markets within the renewable energy and sustainability sector. You will work closely with senior leadership, especially the COO, to identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and support market expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis and feasibility studies to support expansion plans.
• Explore new revenue streams, strategic investments and partnership opportunities.
• Support the launch and setup of new business ventures and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, industry stakeholders and prospective customers.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and business meetings.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare business cases, reports, proposals, presentations and strategic updates for leadership review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen are encouraged to apply.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, partnerships, consulting or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong business and commercial mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
