Business Development Manager – Singapore

About the role

Join RELX’s LexisNexis Legal & Professional team as a Business Development Manager based in Singapore. You will drive new business acquisition across legal, corporate, government, and academic markets, leveraging your passion for whitespace sales and emerging technology to support the Rule of Law.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organisations.
• Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deliver compelling presentations and solution‑selling pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within legal, corporate, government or academic sectors.
• Demonstrable prospecting, stakeholder management, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to plan and manage your own pipeline.
• High‑level presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Solution‑selling or software‑selling experience (advantageous).
