Business Development Manager - Urban Greenery

About the role

Sika (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sika AG and part of the Sika Group, manufactures, trades and supplies specialty construction chemicals for the building and construction industry. This Business Development Manager role sits within the Urban Greenery Team and is responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities in green building and landscaping, expanding the company's market presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth plans with senior leadership to reach revenue targets and market expansion goals in the APAC region.
• Create and deliver presentations and business proposals to partners, designers and consultants promoting urban greenery products and solutions.
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, monitor the sales pipeline and report progress to management.
• Identify new business leads in green building through market research and networking.
• Work with marketing, sales and product development teams to align messaging, share market feedback and ensure products meet customer needs.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to find untapped niches and refine growth strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of urban greening concepts and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
