Business Development & Marketing Manager – Up to $5,500 + Allowances

About the role

The Business Development & Marketing Manager will lead the promotion of our façade and curtain‑wall engineering solutions across Singapore. You will craft and execute marketing campaigns, generate new sales opportunities and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends and business opportunities.
• Analyse competitor activities and market data to support strategic planning.
• Generate 1–2 project opportunities annually and manage the full sales cycle, from quotation to contract.
• Prepare and present tender submissions, including interviews and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Track, measure and analyse campaign and sales performance against targets and budgets.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably within construction, interior design or related industries.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Results‑oriented with strong organisational and planning skills.
