Business Development Representative – Public Sector (Indonesia market)

About the role
The Business Development Representative will be the first point of contact for prospective public sector clients in Indonesia, generating new business and qualifying opportunities through strategic outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify leads, contacts and accounts to understand use cases and opportunities.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow‑up.
- Partner closely with Public Sector Account Executives to move qualified pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly quota for qualified sourced opportunities.
Required profile
- Experience working within the Indonesia region.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Growth mindset, self‑motivated and strong desire for high performance.
- Ability to think on your feet and find solutions in‑flight.
Required skills
- Prospecting and cold‑calling experience.
- Consistent achievement of targets or critical metrics.
