Business Development – Revenue Marketing Solutions (External Traffic)

About the role

The Revenue Marketing Solutions (External Traffic) Business Development role sits within Shopee's Monetisation team. You will drive adoption of external traffic tools, grow seller spend, and ensure strong ROI for sellers using Meta Ads and Google Ads solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set growth targets for the external traffic programme and launch initiatives to increase seller participation.
• Understand existing CPAS (Meta Ads) and GAS (Google Ads) tools, propose enhancements, and support sellers throughout onboarding, adoption, and optimisation phases.
• Handle enquiries from sellers and relationship managers, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on go‑to‑market activities, creating marketing materials such as email pitches, articles, and decks.
• Design and automate dashboards to monitor key metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and extract data‑driven insights.
• Contribute to process optimisation, project ideation, and cross‑functional initiatives that support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong project‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; cross‑functional experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, consulting, or programme management is advantageous.
