Senior Vice President, Placement

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to join our Bowring Marsh team in Singapore, focusing on Property and Casualty reinsurance programs across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate placement solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Lead territory‑specific accounts, supporting the Marsh network in accessing Asian reinsurance market capacity.
• Work with other placement hubs to execute placement requirements promptly.
• Facilitate day‑to‑day policy account servicing with retail offices, global placement hubs, and markets.
• Analyze terms from markets and ensure recommended lead terms serve clients’ best interests.

Required profile

• More than 12 years of experience in an international broking house or insurance company.
• In‑depth knowledge of General Property and Casualty reinsurance, including underwriting and/or broking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CGI, ANZIIF or ACII preferred.
