Business Incorporation Specialist

About the role

Multipolitan is seeking a Business Incorporation Specialist to join its Singapore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will guide individuals and companies through end‑to‑end company formation processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with clients to determine the most suitable jurisdiction and structure.
• Prepare, review, and submit incorporation documents.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and government stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Track applications through to completion and maintain accurate case records.
• Update clients regularly on status, regulatory changes, and next steps.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve workflows and client experience.
• Contribute to best‑practice documentation and help build a seamless incorporation journey.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Business planning acumen to advise on suitable structures and growth considerations.
• Clear, professional communication abilities for drafting documents and liaising with stakeholders.
• Customer‑service orientation with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience in company formation, corporate services, compliance, or immigration/mobility services (highly beneficial).
• Familiarity with international business regulations, tax residency concepts, and cross‑border operations (advantageous).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
