Business Manager – Luxury Watches

About the role

Join Carousell Group to build a dedicated luxury watch business from the ground up. You will work directly with high‑value timepieces, collectors and dealers, shaping the launch and growth of a new premium offering.

Key responsibilities

• Source premium watches by cultivating relationships with collectors, private sellers and dealers across Singapore.
• Evaluate, price and authenticate each piece, deciding whether to consign or purchase outright.
• Negotiate deals and sell to discerning clients online, during viewings, and in the upcoming showroom.
• Maintain healthy inventory by tracking pricing, sell‑through rates, margins and ageing stock.
• Design and document processes for intake, photography, listings, storage, fulfilment and after‑sales.
• Help set up the first physical watch location, including showroom layout and authentication counter.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in the luxury watch industry, preferably in the pre‑owned or secondary market.
• Hands‑on experience buying, selling, pricing and authenticating luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of Rolex and other major brands, including market values and authenticity red flags.
• Established connections within Singapore’s watch community (collectors, dealers, suppliers) – a strong plus.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to assess deal viability.
• High integrity and discretion when handling high‑value pieces and private clients.
• Self‑starter attitude comfortable navigating a fast‑moving, new business.
