Business Operations Analyst (Manufacturing)

About the role

KLA's Global Supply Chain (GSC) group, which covers sourcing, supplier contracting, materials management, procurement and logistics, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst (Manufacturing) in Singapore. The role acts as a finance business partner for global manufacturing warehousing, covering financial planning, cost management, reporting and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial planning and accounting (FP&A) for global manufacturing warehousing: handle actuals, forecasts, budgets and strategic planning, perform variance analysis and build financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, accrual reviews, invoice validation, purchase order monitoring, cost reallocations, financial controls and reporting.
• Develop and lead cost allocation methodologies for manufacturing warehousing and shared logistics expenses, and support investment decisions on capacity planning and logistics network optimization.
• Serve as the primary finance business partner with operations, logistics, procurement and regional finance teams, and prepare executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Simplify, standardize and automate logistics finance processes.
• Analyze data with Snowflake, Power BI and other platforms, build dashboards and reporting datasets, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Cowork to improve reporting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics finance, business operations or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience partnering with operational teams and turning business requirements into financial insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Required skills

• Preferred: Power BI, Snowflake, SAP, Power Query, OneStream, TM1, Essbase or other planning systems.
• Preferred: experience building executive dashboards, financial models and automated reporting solutions.
• Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled efficiency tools and process automation.
