Business Project Manager – Singapore

About the role

The Business Project Manager will support the Commercial Banking Head and Chief Executive of BDO Singapore in delivering change initiatives on time and within budget. This role oversees a portfolio of process‑enhancement, product development and automation projects while acting as a liaison across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining milestones, workstreams and activities.
• Monitor project progress, produce regular status reports and adjust plans for changes in scope, schedule or budget.
• Coordinate with Business Units on risk, control, regulatory and compliance matters.
• Perform risk‑management tasks such as KRI monitoring, incident reporting and audit follow‑up.
• Support Centre Heads on business initiatives and represent the Front Office in process‑enhancement and new‑product working groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management or as a business analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic IT management and planning skills.
• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident (preferred).
