Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Butler to deliver personalized, high‑end service to our guests throughout their stay. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects our luxury standards and creates memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Study guest profiles, conduct pre‑arrival research, and send personalized pre‑arrival communications.
• Manage in‑room dining orders via the POS system, coordinate with floor staff, and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist guests with limousine, taxi, dining, attraction, and entertainment reservations.
• Prepare suites, conduct meet‑and‑greet, offer welcome drinks, and provide unpacking and itinerary customization.
• Maintain daily amenities, turndown, laundry, shoe‑shining, and note guest preferences.
• Organize celebrations and special occasions with creative customization.
• Handle pre‑departure arrangements, luggage assistance, bill settlement, and seamless check‑out.
• Communicate professionally across in‑person, phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders using MS Teams and other operational tools.
• Adhere to Forbes 5‑star standards, attend shift briefings, and keep guest preferences updated in OPERA.

• Commitment to delivering service excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Teams for internal coordination.
• Experience using a POS (Point of Sale) system for in‑room dining orders.
• Familiarity with OPERA property management system to track guest preferences.
