Buyer – Supply Chain & Demand Planning

About the role
The Buyer will lead demand and supply planning activities, ensuring that products and services are delivered in line with HPE policies and Singapore regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, control costs, and adapt to market changes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and coordinate demand‑supply management and related business processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities.
- Develop short‑term forecasts (typically < six months) and translate demand signals into executable plans.
- Manage order processes, including allocation, ATP/commit, and business attainment tracking.
- Oversee logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international.
- Analyze, optimise and accelerate inventory velocity.
- Track and report key business metrics such as service levels, on‑time delivery and supply‑chain costs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in a supply‑chain function.
- Broker licence and/or 4–6 years of experience in customs or global trade.
