Supply Chain Director – Fashion & FMCG

About the role

The Supply Chain Director will own the end‑to‑end global value chain for a high‑velocity fashion and FMCG retailer, driving strategic and operational excellence across procurement, demand planning, logistics and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a resilient global supply chain strategy that aligns sourcing, warehousing and logistics with fast‑paced retail and e‑commerce demand.
• Oversee omni‑channel distribution networks and complex warehousing operations to ensure accurate store‑level inventory allocation and rapid replenishment across an international retail footprint.
• Lead global vendor management and procurement frameworks, negotiating commercial terms, mitigating risks and upholding product quality and ethical standards.
• Drive a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to improve forecast accuracy, reduce stock‑outs and markdowns, and optimise cash flow relative to inventory turnover.
• Transform post‑purchase experience by managing customer service and fulfilment teams to maximise delivery speed, last‑mile efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive logistics and supply chain leadership experience, preferably in high‑velocity retail, fast fashion or consumer goods.
• Proven success managing high‑volume, multi‑SKU store allocations and complex e‑commerce fulfilment, ideally within the Singapore or broader APAC ecosystem.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, data‑driven S&OP expertise and a track record of scaling supply chain infrastructures to support global growth.
