Capital Formation & Investor Relations Adviser (Private Equity)

About the role

We are an emerging Singapore‑based private‑equity firm seeking an experienced Capital Formation and Investor Relations Adviser to shape and execute our fundraising strategy across Asia (excluding China). The role is entrepreneurial, offering the opportunity to define how capital is raised rather than following a fixed playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage an existing network of qualified investors to generate substantive investor meetings.
• Manage the full investor relationship cycle from introduction through diligence, documentation and commitment.
• Help define and evolve the firm’s overall approach to investor relations and capital formation.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, record‑keeping and discretion throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven track record of introducing accredited or institutional capital to a private fund and converting relationships into meetings.
• Network includes allocators to private equity and/or secondaries with offshore investment capacity.
• Willingness and ability to satisfy AML/KYC, “fit and proper” assessments and background checks for both introduced relationships and yourself.
• If based in Singapore, right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship available).
