About the role
Join the capital markets and M&A practice of a leading Singapore law firm, working on IPOs, secondary offerings and both public and private M&A transactions for regional corporate clients. You will be part of a team that advises on complex transactions and provides end‑to‑end legal support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary share sales and related regulatory filings.
- Manage public and private M&A deals from due diligence through negotiation, documentation and closing.
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction agreements, prospectuses, disclosure documents and ancillary contracts.
- Provide strategic legal advice to regional clients on deal structuring, compliance and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with internal and external counsel, investment banks and other advisors to ensure seamless execution.
Required profile
- Qualified Singapore lawyer or equivalent qualification.
- 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in capital markets or M&A work.
- Proven track record of deal execution and strong legal drafting abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
