Catering Driver & Dispatcher – Delivery Operations

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, proactive and meticulous individual to join our delivery team as a Catering Driver and Dispatcher. You will be responsible for ensuring our catering buffets, mini‑buffets and meal‑box orders reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets and mini‑buffets.
• Pack and deliver general meal‑box orders efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and hygienic.
• Assist with logistics‑related tasks as needed.
• Verify accuracy of food dispatched to catering teams.
• Ensure food orders are securely packed for transport.
• Dispatch food orders on schedule for pick‑up.
• Meet the target fulfilment defect rate set by the company.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delighting customers.
• Physical strength to handle bulky items.
• Class 3 manual driving licence.
• Preferably at least 2 years of driving experience.
