Certified Preschool Teacher (Infant/Toddler) – Singapore

About the role

This position is for a certified preschool teacher who will work with infants and toddlers across multiple centres islandwide in Singapore. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure and quality learning environment through nurturing trusting relationships with children.
• Design and implement culturally appropriate curricula that integrate innovative teaching practices.
• Strengthen partnerships with families and the community, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide junior educators, offering suggestions for professional development and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Respond to the specific needs of infants and toddlers, ensuring respectful and reciprocal interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Candidates currently pursuing HCIC/ACEY are welcome.
• Preferable experience teaching infants and toddlers.
